1. Refunds

If you wish to return your order, please email logistics@ivyglobal.com with your Order number and reason for return. Ivy Global accepts returns of our books within 30 days of the original purchase date. Books must be unused and in their original condition. If you are eligible for a refund, we will let you know where to return your book(s).

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error in processing or shipping by Ivy Global. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the customer assumes all responsibility for any books that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Once we receive your returned order in its original condition, we will issue you a refund minus any shipping fees.

 

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your book for a different one, please email logistics@ivyglobal.com with your Order # and which book you want instead. If it is within 30 days and your book is unused, we will accept a return of the unwanted book. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once Ivy Global receives the book in its original condition, we will issue you a refund minus any shipping fees. You can purchase the desired book through our website.

 

3. Incorrect or Missing Items in your Order

If part of your order is incorrect or missing, please email logistics@ivyglobal.com with your Order number and the error. Ivy Global will look into your order and update you within 1 business day. Please note that orders of multiple books are often split into parts, and can arrive on different days.

Please note that all PDF copies are FINAL SALE. We are not able to issue any refunds or exchanges for our PDF copies.
